More feathers, more awake.
Looking quite bright-eyed, at 10 and 11 days old.
The older baby is the nearer one -
it's feathers are a little more fluffed out.
Can you see which one is the older?
The babies are moving - circling on the spot.
They don't move away from each other or from the same spot.
The younger set.
These were hatched out on Days 5 and 6,
so they are 5 and 6 days old now.
Some feathers coming in.
The dark baby was hatched with more down, (very soft feathers).
He is getting real feathers now.
Dad is coming to take over for awhile.
Mom is going off to take a break.
Tucking them in.
Heads warm, tails cool.
Mom checking up on things.
