New nest, first egg laid.
New nest, first egg laid.
The first egg is laid.
Dad is puffing up his chest and dipping his head down......
.....and up. He is making a cooing sound in his throat.
This is courting behaviour.
Dad is taking over for a little while.
Tucking the egg in.
Mom getting breakfast.
Mom eating, babe grooming.
Dad is stepping on one of the babies
while walking around, but it doesn't seem to do much harm.
The young still want to be fed by the parents.
They are still babies!
The legs are getting thicker and sturdier.

More feathers.
Looking quite bright-eyed.
